New dates for Gourmet evenings

We strive to combine the wonderful natural setting of the Black Forest with exceptional, high-quality culinary experiences.

With this in mind, we have decided to introduce a range of special gourmet evenings at our restaurant, which features crossover cuisine, available now. 

Our chef Matthias Hering together with the restaurant manager and sommelier Markus Drubba are delighted to present an exclusive five-course crossover menu with accompanying wines.
