Individuality is an intrinsic part of our boutique hotel and the Black Forest cuisine. You can already decide on a type of board when booking, but also stay flexible on site. In our luxury hotel in the Black Forest, anything goes!
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (on weekends and holidays until 12:00 p.m.)
Coffee & Cake: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (by prior reservation for groups of 10 or more)

Every day, the morning sun welcomes you to our breakfast buffet. Hungry for ham, cheese, sausage, scrambled and fried eggs? Feeling like some fresh fruit, muesli and sweet spreads? Or are your tastebuds longing for juicy salmon and trout fillets? At our breakfast buffet you can eat to your heart’s content – tea and coffee is naturally served with it!
Guests who are not staying at our hotel are also welcome to enjoy our breakfast buffet.

If you wish, you can end each day of your holiday with our 4-course gourmet menu. Whether pumpkin soup, venison shoulder or Black Forest trout, your tastebuds will be amazed!
