With this in mind, we have decided to introduce a range of special gourmet evenings at our restaurant, which features crossover cuisine, available now.

Our chef Matthias Hering together with the sommelier Markus Drubba are delighted to present an exclusive five-course crossover menu with accompanying wines.

  • Matthias Hering has been the chef at the Alemannenhof boutique hotel for 14 years. The crossover cuisine we are currently offering was developed under his aegis, and he is responsible for some extraordinary culinary creations.
  • Markus Drubba bas been the sommelier and head bartender at Alemannenhof since 2015. He has updated the wine menu to incorporate offerings from both the region itself and beyond.
