Forgot your charger? International plug adapters and various charging cables are available at the reception desk.

Arrival and departure

Our rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. If you would like to check out later or request an express check-out, please inform the reception desk.

Babies & Children

For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide cribs (fee: €10.00 per stay), high chairs, or changing mats. Please just let us know.

Bar

From 17:00 we welcome you to our lobby bar at reception. Start the evening here with an aperitif or end it in a cosy atmosphere after dinner. On warm summer evenings, the bar on our sun terrace also invites you to linger!

Bathrobe & Slippers

For your moment of well-being, a fluffy bathrobe and terry slippers are provided in your wardrobe.

Beach on the lake

Enjoy exclusive access to the lake at our hotel's own beach. Perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing hours by the water.

Bathroom stool

For added comfort in the bathroom, we will be happy to bring a stool to your room on request.

Bicycles

Your bicycle is safe with us. For access to our lockable bicycle garage, please contact our reception team.

Breakfast

A regional breakfast buffet awaits you in our restaurant. We are also happy to bring breakfast to your bed for an additional charge of €7.00 per person. Do you have to leave early? We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you! Please inform us at the reception desk by 9:00 p.m. the evening before.

Bed linen change

We change your bed linen twice a week. If you wish, we can also change it daily. If you have any further requests, please call 116 for the reception.

Doctor & pharmacy

If you require medical assistance, please contact us immediately. We will arrange medical assistance and provide information about emergency pharmacies.

E-mobility

Do you travel electrically? Our charging stations are at your disposal. Charging cards are available at the reception desk (price: €0.60 per kWh).

Front door key

Please take this with you if you wish to leave or return to the hotel later than 22:00.

Hygiene articles

You will find 4 toiletries in your bathroom. Further toiletries, such as a toothbrush or shaving set, are available at reception.

Hypoallergenic bedding

On request, we can provide hypoallergenic bedding for your bed. Please notify reception by 6:00 p.m. at the latest and housekeeping will take care of it as soon as possible.

Internet/Wi-Fi

You can surf the internet free of charge throughout the hotel. Simply connect to the “Ahof-Guest” network—it is freely accessible without a password.   
 

Ironing

Would you like to freshen up your wardrobe? We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room.
 

Konus guest card

With the Konus guest card, you can use public transport throughout the region free of charge. These cards are available for you at reception after check-in.

Leisure & water sports

Explore the lake! Stand-up paddleboards (SUP) can be booked free of charge at reception. 

Linen & towels

Towels: Would you like fresh towels? Please notify reception.  

Bed linen: We change your bed linen weekly, but can also do so daily on request. Please inform reception.  

Cleaning: You will find a laundry bag for your clothes in the closet. Please hand it in at reception (laundry and ironing service). A price list can be found with the laundry bag.   

Luggage service

Enjoy a relaxed arrival and departure. We will be happy to take care of your luggage and bring it to your room. Secure storage is also available at reception.   

Massages & Treatments

Treat yourself to some time out. We are happy to book appointments for you with our external wellness partners at reception.

Money and valuables

We kindly ask you not to leave any valuables, jewelry, or money lying around in your room or vehicle.

We cannot be held liable for any valuables lost in your room. Please use the safe in your room or deposit your valuables in the safe at reception.

Non-smoking rooms

We kindly ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Your fellow guests and we thank you for your cooperation. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €250.00.

Parking

You can park your car free of charge in the designated parking spaces.

We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit card, credit cards, Mobile Pay.

Pillows & Blankets

Would you like an extra blanket, a second pillow, or special neck support? Please contact reception.

Post

Your incoming mail will be available for collection in your room compartment at reception from around 12:00 noon. Stationery is available in your room and postcards can be obtained from reception. You can hand in your outgoing mail at reception.

Printing service

Do you need a printout of your travel documents or tickets? Please contact the reception desk.

Radio

You can receive radio reception via the TV. You will find the radio station selection via the “OK” button on the remote control under the TV station list.

We are here for you around the clock. You can reach us directly by pressing 116 on your room telephone or the “Reception” button.

Room service

Enjoy culinary moments in complete privacy.
Ordering: Dial 109 or press the “Restaurant” button.
Hours: Daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
 

Safe

We have installed a safe in every room. Use of the safe is free of charge.

Sauna & wellness

Relax in our wellness area. Our sauna is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sewing service

Missing a small button? A sewing kit is available at reception.

Shoe shine service

You will find a shoe shine machine by the elevator on the first floor.

Smoke detectors

Our rooms and corridors are equipped with smoke detectors. In case of alarm, please remain calm and proceed outside according to the escape plan on the inside of your room door.

Table reservations

We strongly recommend making a table reservation. Please contact reception (tel. 116).

Telephone

A telephone for internal and external communication is located in your room or at the reception desk.

Toiletries

Forgot your toothbrush or razor? A selection of toiletries is available at reception.

Towel change

Towels are changed daily. For environmental reasons, only towels left on the floor will be replaced.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are available for you to borrow at reception.

Wake-up service

Please notify reception if you would like a wake-up call.
